Skill-sharing community

Our community values knowledge-sharing and open collaboration. Before applying, please keep in mind that speakers participate voluntarily, without any form of compensation. The focus of talks and workshops should be on sharing expertise and wisdom to educate fellow nomads, not on promoting products or services. We welcome hands-on advice and case studies that help our community learn and take action.

Topics we are looking for

Your topic should align with the Nomad Entrepreneur Journey and should help listeners take the next step on their road to financial and geographical freedom. All keynotes and workshops are related to remote work, business, productivity, health, digital nomad lifestyle, personal development and travel.

We’re especially interested in case studies and actionable advice. Let us know what approaches/strategies/tools are working for you right now and what you’ve learned along the way. Please respect, that sales pitches for your business are not welcome.

Formats

Your experience

It’s super important that you are highly experienced in the topic you will be talking about, speak good English and take time to prepare your talk well. Public speaking experience is a plus, but not a must. We have some resources ready to help you and we will guide you during the preparation of your talk.

Limited internet

Keep in mind that internet is limited on board. You cannot rely on it for your talk and need to prepare it in a way that you can hold it fully offline.

When selecting speakers for our events, we consider several factors to ensure that our audience receives the best possible experience. Here are some of the things we look for:

Relevant speaking experience and ability to engage an audience

Alignment of your topic with the event’s focus on digital nomad life, online entrepreneurship, and remote work

The power of your personal story and how it relates to the audience’s journey

How your topic complements the event theme and other speakers, creating a cohesive and inspiring experience for our attendees

Will there be huge waves?

You don’t have to worry about those 20-meter waves you might have seen on social media. Cruise ships are equipped with incredible stabiliser systems and go through calm passages, constantly monitoring the weather. You’ll barely feel the ship move, except on our cruise to Antarctica where we’ll pass the famous Drake Passage that’s usually quite rough. But that’s part of the Antarctica experience.
