We are looking for a remote “Content Marketing Creator” who is responsible for all written content (social media, blog posts, newsletter) we create and share. 

The main function is to plan and write the most important content. Also, you come up with a general timeline for communication campaigns.

The role involves planning well ahead and good communication skills. Besides that, empathy as you will be the link between Nomad Cruise, our goals and our customers’ needs.

To be successful in this role, you should be experienced with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads. Please share samples of your work (managed social media channels, portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.

Ultimately, you will turn fans into customers and customers into advocates.


  • Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage almost all written and published content.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Build a long-term relationship with our audience. 
  • Identify customers’ needs and include them in our strategy.
  • Research industry-related topics.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team and external team members.
  • Social advertising is not part of the role.


  • You maintain excellent writing and language skills (English).
  • You practice superior time management.
  • You have the ability to spin new ideas quickly and implement them ad-hoc.
  • You’re a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
  • You’re creative minded with an ability to create interesting ideas for new content.
  • You display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their participants and channel (feeds, groups, events, stories) and how each platform/channel can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • You’re available 8-10h/week.
