Cancellation & Transfer Policy
• 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival (November 19, 2025).
• 30% refund up to 14 days before arrival (December 5, 2025).
• No refund less than 14 days before arrival.
• Free booking transfers: You can transfer your booking to another participant up to 30 days before departure at no extra charge.
