Join this special event and meet your Nomad Cruise Family on dry land. And what a land it is! Home to some of Spain’s best beaches, Mallorca is very centrally located and easy to reach, so we hope to see many of you there.
This 4-day event will be more than just a reunion. We’re taking all the expertise we gained from organizing 10 cruises to Mallorca, to help you connect, share, learn and bring the best out of yourselves and each other.

The capital of Mallorca offers a number of exciting activities including hiking and water sports, cultural events and architectural sites. Add to this the many great cafes offering delicious tapas and a cozy workspace, the mild and sunny winters, the easy accessibility, and you got yourself the perfect digital nomad destination! CONFERENCE
Organizing 10 cruises taught us that you’re a curious crowd, always thirsty for hands-on knowledge, case studies and tips & tricks that help you grow. We’re selecting the speakers and topics with this in mind.
MASTERMINDS
The masterminds on board proved to be so beneficial to so many of you, that we decided to focus more on these sessions. Let your peers support and inspire you, and make a difference in how you run your business.
DISCOVERY
Mallorca has something for absolutely everyone. Whether you’re a beach person or a mountain lover, a foodie or a wine enthusiast, a sports or an art fan, this Mediterranean island has it all in abundance.
CELEBRATION
No Nomad Cruise event goes by without celebration. We celebrate life, good times and being fortunate enough to share these with each other. This time, we’ll swap the pool bar to beach clubs and other cool venues around the island.

When should I arrive?
If your schedule is flexible, we recommend arriving in Mallorca 2 days before the event to settle in and to already meet other participants at informal meetups.
Is the ticket for the event tax deductible?
Yes! You can use your conference ticket to reduce your taxes. How much you can deduct in the end depends on your country and tax advisor.
Where will the venues be?
We are currently talking to different venues to get the best mix of the coolest locations on the island. We will add more info on the venues in the coming weeks.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying either in Cala Major or Santa Catalina. We will set up a Facebook group where we’ll share some specific recommendations and where you can find others to share your accommodation with.
How can I contribute to the program?
We are already busy finalizing the talks with the first set of speakers. We will announce the line-up very soon! If you feel like you have something to share with the community as well, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll add more info on how to apply shortly.
Do you have a refund policy?
If for some reason you can’t make it to Mallorca, you can cancel your ticket by simply sending an email to info@nomadcruise.com.
We unfortunately can’t refund your ticket price, but you can pass on your ticket to someone else.
If you bought your ticket at the ‘Alumni’ rate but the person you pass it on to hasn’t been on a cruise before, we will need to apply the higher ‘Friends’ rate for their ticket.
The Schedule
DAY 1 – RECONNECT WITH THE COMMUNITY
This day is all about celebration! Reunite with your global tribe and share new amazing experiences in a beautiful beach location. The morning will be reserved for some coworking, in case you need to finish up some tasks before you could immerse yourself in the festivities.
DAY 2 – LEARN FROM KEYNOTES AND WORKSHOPS
On the second day we’re going to get serious. We will start our conference day with keynotes full of actionable advice then move on to workshops for an even more in-depth knowledge sharing. In the evening we’ll gather again to enjoy a few sunset drinks and amazing views.
DAY 3 – GET NEW INSPIRATION FROM MASTERMINDS
Arrive to the morning program with a challenge that has been keeping you busy lately. Share them with your peers during the mastermind session and learn from their valuable feedback. Then cheer for your friends on the talent show and dance the night away at our evening party.
DAY 4 – DISCOVER THE BEST OF MALLORCA
Team up with your friends and explore picturesque landscapes, gorgeous beaches, lovely hillside villages or go on a culinary adventure to trendy cafes and restaurants. We will also organize some paid activities – if you’ve been on any of our excursions before, you know it’s going to be fun!
